Halve It is a coalition of national experts determined to tackle the continued public health challenges posed by HIV.

Our goals are to:

  • Halve the proportion of people diagnosed late with HIV (CD4 count <350mm3) by 2020.
  • Halve the proportion of people living with undiagnosed HIV by 2020.

  1. Government publishes response to 2015 consultation on 'Refreshing the Public Health Outcomes Framework'
    The Public Health Outcomes Framework (PHOF) was first published in 2012 with a commitment not to make any changes for three years to allow it to become established during the transfer of public health responsibilities from the NHS to local authorities. The consultation on the PHOF indicator set was published to ensure that the PHOF is still as relevant and as useful as possible, now that three years has passed.
